"I had a wonderful experience with AquaGuard. Nick came out to my house, did a thorough inspection and talked me through the options. He was professional and clearly knowledgeable about what needed to happen to install the sump pump and drainage system. He was clear about what would need to be torn up in terms of the floors and walls so there were no surprises. He discussed additional charges that might be necessary so I knew what was coming (we didn't need the extras but I was prepared!). He came back the day of the work to make sure we got started and stayed until we knew we didn't have to do the additional work. The crew worked hard and finished before they initially stated.
