So while Bear Concrete Service did not quote less than others, they quoted exactly the same price, so it was more of a trust that was established by them actually showing up that won the bid. I didn't even try to talk the price down, and on the 2nd inspection they even offered to lay yet another layer of covering if that's something we wanted. A+, five stars, great service for epoxy coatings and epoxy floors in California. I'm in Thousand Oaks, but I'm sure they serve both Los Angeles and Ventura. Thanks again!"
