"I am so happy with the work Custom Stonescaping did for me. I worked with Aaron Burns to make a cramped overgrown little townhouse backyard into a gorgeous space that I can actually use now. When he came to give me an estimate he sat down and showed me my options and explained how it all worked. When my original idea was too expensive for me to handle he suggested some ways to bring down the cost. And my cat (who is normally very shy around strangers) would not leave him alone- which other animal people will understand is a huge point in his favor. And when it came time for the actual work to happen I found the crew to be absolutely amazing. They knew exactly what they were doing. Absolutely meticulous attention to detail. Right before the final step of the work was completed, after they had left for the day, I noticed one of the stones they had laid had a crack down the middle. I was going to ask them about it the next morning, but before I got a chance they had already noticed and were talking about how to fix it. And they were so nice. At one point my anxiety brain wouldn't leave me alone about the grading being done properly, so Marvin (the foreman) showed me with the leveler that it was all done right. I could not be any happier with this company, their work, or the people involved. I plan on hiring them again in the future to replace some of the fencing around the gorgeous patio they built for me."

"The company was efficient, professional and very friendly. They didnt mind me taking as many pictures as I wanted. The Supervisor came out to check on the construction of the work every so often. I ask a lot of questions and got answers. If the workers didnt know, they would call the Supervisor and the Supervisor would call and answer my questions. I would recommend them to any and everyone. I liked them so much that I am having them do extra work now."

"Fairfax Contractor went way above the contract and did a superior job. They even did things not covered by the contract. As I m a senior citizen and female, they could have taken advantage of the situation, but instead they put up a handicap bar to make it easier for me to get into and out of my garage safely. The contractor saw a need and filled it. What a wonderful surprise. They came when they said, did all that needed to be done and left my garage cleaner that when they came. Very polite and respectful. Price was excellent for what they did."

"They did a great job fixing what I needed to fix. He asked if he could put concrete in to fill in the space between my steps and the sidewalk (where weeds would grow and be difficult to pull out). I said yes. I then came out to find a really sloppy application of cement on the public sidewalk. I asked him to clean it up. From that point on the customer relationship aspect changed and he seemed annoyed. His demeanor changed. If I pay someone to do work, I expect them to do it well or not do it at all."
