We need to have one cabinet rebuilt, the side and back of one bookcase replaced, the damaged pieces repaired and the rest of the removed pieces reinstalled. Also, need baseboard reinstalled and drywall replaced and painted, and flooring replaced, not necessarily by carpenter if that is not something you do.
