"I hired Mark to replace a sliding patio door. The floor was and framing was rotten from 16 years of water damage. Mark was very detailed, prompt, and professional. His assistant was also great. As with any water damage project, there are things you can't predict. Mark came up with great solutions. He was also very flexible with his timing of the project. I had several delays due to manufacture issues, and Mark just rolled with the changes. Your not always sure what your getting online, but I would recommend Mark for any carpentry project. I will hire him again for my next handy man project."
