"Our heat pump died on 7/18/16 (in the middle of a drastic Heat Wave). I put in a request at Home Advisor on Monday evening. They contacted me within minutes of my request and were able to schedule an appointment for the very next morning. The owner (yes, the owner) came to my house the next morning to give me the estimate on having my Heat Pump repaired. Unfortunately, the old system was too far gone to be worth fixing, so we arranged to have a new Heat Pump installed. They scheduled our installation for Thursday and once again, the owner (yes the owner) was onsite to supervise the installation.
