Our Salesperson, Harlan, was very professional and explained the benefits of the new windows and all about Power as a company. The installers arrived on time and completed the entire job in a day! Everything was installed perfectly and the crew was courteous and cleaned up after themselves. I contacted them to install a roof on my previous home which was occupied by a tenant. They went to that home to do the estimate, and then drove to my home to explain the cost and even walked through the material they recommended installing. The price was reasonable, and they had great patience dealing with my Home Owners Association who were extremely slow in approving the roof install. While the job was in progress, the tech contacted me several times throughout the day, keeping me informed all along the way regarding the status of the job. When it was completed, they called again and provided the final update. NuLook is extremely professional, efficient and performed a quality job. I received quotes from two other roofing companies, one took several weeks to get back to me. The other needed me to come to their office in Greenbelt, Md to discuss the quote.
