We got cold later and changed it to 72, then 73, 74, 75. As the humidity was removed from the house, it felt colder. We have finally settled on 74. This will definitely help with the electric bill. "After contacting Home Advisor for a contractor to replace my heat pump, the first to reply was Doug of All Around Pro LLC Heat and Air. He called, made appointment and came out to look at my problem very quickly. He was helpful and knowledgeable. Once I determined to have them do the job, I called them and they promptly called back and arranged a date to install the unit. On the day of installation, the supplier brought the wrong unit and no proper unit was available locally. Chaz and Doug made the best of the situation and got the proper unit shipped from the plant via priority shipment, meanwhile they got my site ready to install. They quickly installed the unit a couple days later when the unit arrived from the plant. They were very professional, knowledgeable, neat, and fast. The installation was sealed better on the outside and cleaned much better than the prior heat pump had been. Both Chaz and Doug are very personable and try to please.
