"Best plumber I've dealt with in the area"

"Josh contacted me in under 30 mins from my quote request through Home Advisor to discuss the maintenance of my Rinnai Tankless water heater. He was willing to come out same day, but we ended up scheduling first thing the following day. He arrived on-time as promised to clean, descale, and perform a general "check-up" on my aging/13-year old system. The maintenance was performed in a timely fashion, things were reassembled and hot water checked before leaving. Josh also communicated what he saw, expectations of the longevity of the system and sizing for my home, without being pushy to install a new one. Service pricing was fair and comparable to larger companies in Charlotte Metro. I would absolutely recommend their services and use them again."
