Lou estimated that the work would take 2 days and that's exactly what it took. The crew arrived on time as finished as projected. The drainage problem was totally cured and the prior damp and musty smell in the basement is now gone. The cost estimate was fair and the work was outstanding. Lou was quite patient in answering our questions and left only when we were fully satisfied with his work. I could not give Lou and Absolute a higher recommendation. We were that satisfied.
