After reviewing our lotâ s survey, it was discovered that we were too close to the property line to expand the current garage, which necessitated putting the new garage on the other side of the house. This added another layer of complexity to the project, as we now needed to incorporate the existing single-car garage space into our home as usable living area. Todd listened to our ideas for repurposing the space, and provided good recommendations of his own. Having had an addition built before, I worried about hidden cost, we had a chat about that before hand and I can tell you that I had no surprises in that department. My addition was delayed because of the COVID 19 restrictions but URB kept checking in and kept me abreast of the situation on their end. As soon as everything opened up they were ready to go. This brings me to what really set them apart. Their site manager was amazing. He was professional. He was considerate. His crews were polite, professional and hard working. I know they were working on other projects but I didnâ  t ever feel like I was not getting the attention that my project needed.
