We did multiple walk-throughs before, during, and after the project. He and his crew were very transparent throughout the process making sure to always over-communicate. Aaron helped educate us on our options, and the reasons behind their recommendations without ever pushing us in any direction and leaving the decision to us. The work was done well, on time, and they even came back to do an extra bit of work above and beyond the quote provided at no cost to ensure we were happy with the project.
