"Recently my furnace stopped working so I contacted intelligent plumbing, spoke to Arman and she had someone out the same day 4 hrs later at no extra charge. Our provider fixed the issue within 15 minutes, gave us a breakdown of all the issues, not once trying to pressure us into any services, so we had him stay to do a tune up on the service, gave us a discount for that and we ended up paying 79.00 for all services. I love the honesty and integrity of this company and its employees, you would have to be an idiot not to try this company, they deliver the best of the best services, hands down. "I was extremely happy with Northshore. My water heater broke, and started to leak from the bottom, after midnight on Dec 30th and just shortly after the big freeze we had. With people's pipes bursting, I was concerned that I would have a hard time getting service. Northshore sent me an estimate and called me first thing in the morning and were able to be in my house before 10am. They completed the installation in less than two hours. They even completely bled out all of the air in the pipes so that the water ran smoothly and didn't do that exploding air thing that they do when there is air in the lines. They were very friendly, professional and made sure they left the area clean. I highly recommend them."
