"Jacob did more than the tub install. I have a very old farmhouse that has some challenging plumbing issues. He was generous with his time and did the work well. The remodeling of the bathroom plumbing included a new toilet and sink install as well. The tub was more demanding than anticipated, but he found a way to do it and it looks great."

"I was extremely happy with Northshore. My water heater broke, and started to leak from the bottom, after midnight on Dec 30th and just shortly after the big freeze we had. With people's pipes bursting, I was concerned that I would have a hard time getting service. Northshore sent me an estimate and called me first thing in the morning and were able to be in my house before 10am. They completed the installation in less than two hours. They even completely bled out all of the air in the pipes so that the water ran smoothly and didn't do that exploding air thing that they do when there is air in the lines.
