Before someone came out, I received a preparation checklist which I followed. John, the technician sent was awesome. He diagnosed the problem, provided an affordable quote, and began to solve the problem. He was very dedicated and methodical in his approach. He spent considerable amount spraying the house and the results were outstanding. After that, he rescheduled a second visit where he sprayed the house again. Throughout the treatment process he provided follow up directions and information on how to prevent the problem from happening again in the future. If I could give them 10 stars I would. "I had an active bee's nest inside a house eve, a wasp's nest hanging outside the house, and a wasp/hornet's nest at the top of the second level of the house. All of them needed to be removed. Richard came quickly to provide a fair estimate and schedule the work. The work was done quickly and on time. I was supposed to be there to tell the exterminator where things were but an emergency drew me away. Richard's notes were so good, the exterminator was able to take care of the work. When I returned home all three nests had been dealt with. The areas were all cleaned to the best of anyone's ability short of elbow grease on a ladder scrubbing the areas. I wait to write reviews to give the service or product a chance to show how it will be over time. Long story short, everything Richard said would happen over the first few days happened. I am pleased with their work and would hire them again."
