They told us our pipes had rotted out. Normal pipes were circular where our were "U" shaped. Thankfully they were able to replace them within a few days. They were reasonably priced, quick, clean, and friendly. They wore shoe covers the entire time, and covered up any parts of the floor that would get messy. I have a cat who hates people but by the end of the job the cat was sitting next to them. I highly recommend you use them for your plumbing needs! I've used them multiple times. The original plumber installed the valves and left without the water being turned back on. When it finally was turned on, there was a small leak in the compression fitting to the main line. So, we called Slades to come fix the problem. John was upfront about his service call pricing and hourly rate, and I found both to be completely reasonable. The best part of my interaction with Slades, however, is that I no longer have to worry about the problem. While my original plumber (a company that touted their decades of experience) had every excuse as to why the job could not be done properly, John simply solved the problem.
