From the very beginning, the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Brandon and Ozzy are easy to communicate with, always available and their whole team is always punctual. The artificial grass they installed is so realistic and looks absolutely stunning. We needed them to come back for a small touch up and the crew was extremely sweet and always did everything with a smile. You can tell they care about their employees. The new planter area they created is perfection!!!! The placement looks amazing and really enhances the overall feel of our frontyard. What truly sets Encore Builders apart is their dedication to customer satisfaction. Brandon and Ozzy were always available to answer our questions and address any concerns. They ensured that the project was completed on time and within budget. I met with other companies but Encore Builders quoted me 30% less than anyone else. The other companies felt like a rip off.
