The work was immaculate and completed within our timeframe for opening despite having a severe roof leak that had to be addressed and repaired by the condo association. If it were not for Dave and his crew, the water damage probably would have been much worse! Dave and his crew completed painting of the interior of the 2000 sq foot property, closed off a wall opening, replaced carpet, replaced all of the light cans with can-less LEDs, removed a wall to re-frame an office space, added a small kitchenette area and updated and cleaned the fire escape decking.
