"A2Z worked to create my vision. They gutted the bathroom and completely renovated everything, enlarging the shower, replacing the bathtub with a Japanese soaking tub, installing new cabinets, and making a cement countertop with sink basins (from a custom mold that they built). They helped me understand the timeline right from our first meeting letting me know what I needed to order and when and what they would be responsible for. I chose a fancy Moroccan caustic role for the floors and they did an expert job of mimicking the complex pattern I found online that used 4 different variations on a tile. They also cut the tile so well that the transitions and corners are flawless and without gaps. They installed all new glass panels for the shower and found me a very inexpensive shower tile to offset the other tile cost. The new shower has a perfect gradient for draining as well and their recommendations on lighting, paint, and grout colors were excellent. I really appreciate that they finished the project very fast and sometimes came on weekends (when there was a delay on the caustic tile shipment). They were always easy to reach at any time and patient with my questions. I will hire them again for future remodels and I highly recommend the company."

"Richlynn Construction did a great job with finishing our basement. They were on time and on budget. I compared many general contractors and Richlynn was the same price but I really liked how they handled materials and their contract. Very responsive. Rich is knowledgeable about construction with little details like door knobs, corners, and light switches. Our basement is exactly how we wanted it and we changed our minds many times. He never charged a change order fee. Only the cost of the work and materials. He also uses a great designer so we saw what our basement would look like and the permit/inspections were painless."

"We could not have picked a more professional, skilled or courteous General Contractor. When we were interviewing contractors, we resolved to not just pick the cheapest quote but who would do the best job for a fair price. Rick came in at one of the most competitive prices with a clear plan and timeline to finish the job. We hired Rick to finish our basement from scratch and he finished on time for the amount he quoted. He had access to our house throughout the day and managed the comings and goings of all contractors, as well as managed the complicated city of Denver permit process. He even added on small projects as he saw fit throughout the job at no additional cost. Weà  à ¢à  à  à  à  re thrilled at how the basement turned out, and we plan on using Rick again for future projects. He was easy to work with, put in long hours, and performed a highly detailed and even artistic redesign of the room. His range of skills--from tile work and painting to basic plumbing and electrical--is truly impressive, and he collaborated with us to give us exactly the room we wanted.
