I have owned my home for over 18 years, and have done a lot of work on it - from smaller jobs, to full underpinning and finishing basement, full kitchen gut and redo, full bathroom gut and redo. Overall, Juan was the best contractor I have hired in 18 years of working on this home. He was polite, punctual, his work was absolutely excellent, and his price was fair considering the scope of work. He removed my concrete driveway and replaced it with a permeable paver driveway that qualified for the Chesapeake Bay Foundation's rebate program. My neighbors on both sides and in front of my home all commented on how great his crew was, how polite they were, and how great the driveway lookd. I HIGHLY recommend Melendez Renovations, LLC!"

"Mr. Reyes is the complete package. He is the owner and also provides the estimate and does the work. Despite these responsibilities he is very responsive and easy to get a hold of. He and his crew did 3 jobs. The main job was regrouting and sealing our flagstone pool deck. He did an EXCELLENT job! The deck did not look this good when it was first completed 15 years ago. He also did some regrouting in the front and back of the house, also excellent. To boot, he also had the best prices. In short: Competent, honest, easy to work with and the best prices! "I have the best looking yard in the neighborhood. They trimmed bushes, cleaned up areas, put down mulch and went above and beyond to spruce up my yard. They finished off my mowing the yard. They also took away a huge limb that fell from a neighbors yard into the back yard. You can not even tell it was ever there. They were very professional and did an A= job."
