"The gentleman who came out was very pleasant and nice to work with. His response time was great and he fit us right in. When he got there, he got right down to it and diagnosed the problem fairly quickly. Long story short, we ended up needing 4 new breakers. The problem I had was that we didn t get any notice, indication, not even a phone call from the supply store to let us know the bill was going to be over $600. We just got a bill (which we paid right away). We would ve appreciated at least a I just want to let you know how much it s going to be before I pick these up or something; instead of just assuming we d have whatever amount of came to. It s just not good customer service in my opinion. The work was top notch and, again, he resolved the issue. But giving someone the courtesy to know what they ll be charged before the work is done can prevent a lot of frustration on both ends."
