"I was told by (R&B a large local Appliance, plumbing and HVAC company) that I needed a new AC and furnace. But since I just had Thomas and Galbraith install a new water heater and they did such a wonderful job. I figured I would call them for a second opinion. It turned out I didn't need anything.. everything was in great working order. I was so impressed with their honesty that I signed up for the one year maintenance package. I am confident if anything goes wrong they'll be honest and take care of it professionally and only fix what needs to be fixed. The other company I wouldn't have them pull weeds out of my yard.... I guess they're desperate for a dollar.."
