"Eric & Allen designed and built a beautiful, waterproof deck with a cedar handrail on the second-story of our old (1908) bungalow. They replaced the upstairs windows with french doors, integrating them perfectly with the deck and siding. Other contractors said that the project couldn't be done. The attention to detail, integrity, quality of work, and value were all excellent. Highly recommended."

"Geronimo is a very professional gentleman. He listened to what I envisioned, walked the property with me, and immediately had questions to be sure he understood what I wanted. He showed several pictures of different options I could use. There was a clear schedule that was kept to. He kept in contact, confirming and updating as we went along. It was a relatively small 3-day project (turning my side yard into a rather large dog play/run area) and yet he treated the project with the appropriate level of importance knowing it was important to me. I highly recommend Geronimo for any project you have in mind. He listens. He uses high quality, pressure treated wood (for fencing), and produces a high quality end result. We could not be happier."

"We hired Josh Rutledge after having an awful experience with a different contractor. When we hired Josh, we were apprehensive after our previous experience with the other company. Through the course of our job, Josh completely restored our faith in his profession. He is beyond competent, and he takes great pride in the quality and consistency of his work. He totally blew our minds, and our house looks beautiful! He fixed all of the mistakes that were left by the previous contractor, and when he found mistakes that we didn't even know about he fixed those too! He's an all around nice guy, and pleasant to be around as he's got a very calm and friendly demeanor. We have already recommended Josh to friends and neighbors, and we will definitely use him for future projects! I only hope that we can book him, the quality of his work and his professionalism are surely going to keep him busy with all of the referrals he is going to be getting!
