"Tony and Derek were incredibly responsive. While it was not a full-on emergency, the expansion tank on my water heater developed calcium build-ups and caused it to fail with a small leak. Tony responded very quickly the next day in the morning and was on site within 2 hours for the easy repair. His fees were very reasonable, and he made a recommendation to flush my water heater to clean out the calcium deposits to help prevent the pressure buildup from happening again. I'm scheduling a future appointment with him to flush the hot water heater. I appreciate his attention to detail and knowledge to help me avoid future repairs via routine maintenance.
