"If I were to write all the reasons why Michael and GA Home Builders is amazing, this review would be a short novel. My husband and I had structural issues with our 3 story town home. We got 5 quotes from very reputable companies and off the bat, Michael was different than the others. He came over the same day I called him for him to look at the issues. He was the only contractor that didn't want to add on additional things and said he would save our flooring and ceilings if possible when doing the structural repairs. All the other contractors wanted to tear up our flooring and carpet and install new ones. Any major changes to your home is so stressful and finding an honest, trustworthy contractor is even harder. At the end of the day no matter what you're getting done to your home, you want a contractor who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, understanding, and will communicate with you every step of the way and Michael does that.
