"Mr Justin Barnes did an OUTSTANDING job installing a new PTAC/air conditioning and heating unit. Justin first showed up to evaluate my 15 year old unit - and then without any pressure, discussed my repair options, plus my replacement options. He was totally neutral, and I made my own decision with zero pressure. When I decided replacement was best for me, Justin found the ideal replacement high efficiency PTAC, priced it, picked it up from a warehouse and installed it flawlessly. He also checked in post-installation to ensure it was behaving correctly and that all settings were good. Iâ ve had many appliance specialists in my apartment, and Justin is THE BEST. Good, helpful, frank advice from someone who clearly loves repair and installation, plus helping people - who are freaked out by appliances - out. Justin also prices fairly, and is worth every penny of his wage. Mr Justin Barnes is on your side, and is a gentleman"

"I sought help from Home Advisor early Sat. morning cause heating system had stopped working and house was cold. Marrio was first pro to call, and he came over right away. Problem turned out to be faulty boiler spark igniter. He made a few calls to suppliers, drove out to pick up needed part, came back and installed it. He also replaced very old thermostat at my request. He then showed me what he did and had me test new thermostat, setting it up and down, to make sure both thermostat and igniter were working properly. Fast response, good work, reasonable price."
