"I am not easily impressed but the service and professionalism I received from Gale Force Roofer did just that! It was my first time having to replace a roof and needless to say, I was dreading it. After hours of research and 100s of reviews, I decided on 3 companies. I went on each website and requested a quote and additional information. Gale Force Roofing was the last one, yet the first to respond. I was immediately impressed with Laurie who was the first to call. Her professionalism and confidence gave me hope for a smooth transaction. I scheduled an appointment. I watch the rep arrive 5-minutes before the appointed time and wait in his car. I watched him approach and knock on the door promptly at the appointed time. They were off to a good start. Ted introduced himself and came in. Ted explained the product being used, Owens Corning duration shingles and the end-to-end process. He was professional and knowledgeable. I did not even feel the need to meet with the other roofers. There was even a notary in the office if needed for the permit. Ted stayed in touch throughout the process. He even came by on the day of the install to see if I had any questions or concerns. The roofers arrived at 6:30am and were on the roof at 6:45am. At 6:30pm the roofers had packed up and were leaving. Ted called again a few days later to see if I was satisfied with the work and had any questions. This is what I call world class service! I would recommend Gale Force roofing to anyone!"

"Jason Brown was the sales person who came to our house. He took time to understand what our NEEDS and our WANTS were. After fully understanding them, even though I could not find anything that matched everything, he found the exact door: Impact, half circle at the top with our house number etched (or painted, we went with etched) into in, that would accept our current home security system locking mechanism, that could handle direct sun from 10am-sundown in Florida, that was pre-painted white to match the trim of the house, and had a lever for the door handle (due to some disabilities). He found the perfect door and it is AWESOME! Not only that, he took into account my military service and disabilities in selecting the door and added some discounts that I didn't even ask for. He made the sales experience enjoyable!!!! I look forward to working with him and Morgan Exteriors on the window replacement when that project comes up on the list!!!"

"I'm writing this review based on the customer service and sales tech experience. I have not had the window replaced yet but what I can tell you is that my initial experience with this company has been outstanding. I would like to add that most companies have a minimal of three windows to be installed before they do any work for you. This company is not that way if you have one window no matter the size they will replace it. Also they offer options for pricing and some companies have one set product. The window I am having replaced is a large opening with two windows and they were able to give me pricing for a large one window slider or replacing it exactly the same with two windows. The price point was a large difference between the two and that is something I appreciate having an option on price. Richard is the sales rep that I dealt with and he was very knowledgeable, informative and accommodating on scheduling."

"I obtained 5 quotes prior to making a final decision. All of the companies in the Tampa bay area wanted insane prices. So on a whim, I asked my sister from Ft. Lauderdale to pass me the contact information of the company that did her windows. She gave me their information and to my surprise they were willing to travel to the Tampa area to both measure and install. Their price was about 33% less than the 4 local companies I contacted. Regarding the other companies: One of four wouldn't even give me a quote in an appointment because he couldn't sit down and do his "presentation". The did my whole project without any hiccups. The installation was the week they initially had estimated. Permits were pulled. Inspection passed on the first attempt and permit was 100% closed. I am extremely appreciative that they were willing to come from South Florida to the Tampa area for my Windows. I also replaced our Sliding Glass door to the backyard and the Front door. One of the items that most surprised me was a dog was barking across the street and not thinking anything about it, I closed the door as I was walking in and immediately there was silence. These doors greatly reduce the noise pollution from the outside. I am also thankful for they found ways to save me money. I had double windows in some areas and they offered to combine them into one large window which reduced the number of total windows saving me money. I also liked the look more since it is less framing involved so you get more of a picture window. I am happy to know I do not have to put up ever shutters again. This is especially important as we are active duty and when we move, I don't want to bother my family to put up plywood up. My home is from the 1980's and therefore never had shutters. Lastly since these windows are so airtight and seal the home, my electricity is very low. I actually have to force the system to run because the temperature stays comfortable so it barely runs now. I personally like to move the air around. These guys were respectful of my time, showed up to the appointment. Explained everything. Did permits & inspections. Showed up on time for the installation. My whole home had new windows in doors in 1 day. The traveled from far to do the installation and were appreciative of my business. I will 100% highly recommend their services. I know their name isn't one of the big ones, but their service is top notch."

"A wonderful experience all around! We had 15 windows and a sliding glass door replaced. Our Salesperson, Harlan, was very professional and explained the benefits of the new windows and all about Power as a company. The installers arrived on time and completed the entire job in a day! Everything was installed perfectly and the crew was courteous and cleaned up after themselves. Erin came to visit the next day to make sure everything was up to their standards and addressed any questions we had. Most certainly the best experience we've ever had with a home contractor.
