The reason that I took off one point is because of the less satisfactory customer service after the job was done. In the first visit, the guy committed to haul away the debris. However, they forgot one piece in the cleanup. I contacted them and they argued that hauling away debris was not actually included in my contract. I understand the overhead to pay another trip for the leftover debris and I am totally fine (and actually did) to take care of it by myself. However, I'd expect them to explain the situation frankly and work out a solution with me rather than simply denying the responsibility. Even if they agreed to come for a pickup, I probably will not let them if this is not convenient to them."
