He was very knowledgeable. He looked at the unit and after the first trial, my unit was fixed. I could not believe it. Their pricing is very good and actually better than most other companies. I asked about a few services and he gave me his honest feedback. He said some services I do not need and gave me some money saving tips. You cannot find other companies like this.
