We had several estimates. ARS sent Matthew to check out our system & why it was not working properly, who was amazing & very professional. He gave us a clear & understandable explanation why it was not working properly & our options for the system. We opted to have a Comfort Care coordinator, Brandon, come out to give us different options for repair & replacement. We opted to replace the whole system because there were some major issues that really needed to be addressed & fixed. When the installers arrived, there was some misunderstandings & miscommunications & both Matthew & Brandon went above to help clear those up immediately!! So far we are so please, not only with our HVAC choice, the company, & the care we were given by both Matthew & Brandon!! We definitely recommend them for your HVAC needs!!"

When they came to look at my AC unit they told me that it needed to be cleaned and that I didn’t need a new AC unit. They did a great job cleaning it and making it new. They saved me so much money. "The pros at Local Heating and AC saved our Christmas! My gas furnace went out at 11 am on Christmas Eve when it was 15 Degrees outside. I called them in a panic and they were there withing 90 minutes. I have a very old gas furnace and the part that needed to be replaced had to be ordered but they figured out a way to keep my furnace going until the part came in. I am not exaggerating when I say that they rescued us when many would have just left without finding a temporary fix. I would recommend them highly above the major companies in this field who didn't answer their phones or said that they would be there in 5 days!"
