Everything was done exactly as explained and the price was as quoted from the beginning. They even anticipated some additional work that was done with no extra cost. Definitely would hire again! Price isnâ t everything but they were a big savings compared to others and the quality is top notch. "Had a "Plan" with 2 Dif Heating/cooling firms that ended up being shoddy in compliance with the "plan" but lied about needing expensive parts for service.Heat exchanger , should haVE OBTAINED A SECOND OPINION. Last scam was told the furnace was beyond repair[$2200.00 ] quote, and to buy a new one. Felt problem was minor, leaking trap in furnace. On Friday, with no appt,was sent a gifted tech who worked for 2 hours to fix the leak . Trap was never cleaned out in 11 years of regular service.despite my specific asking for it to be done. He arrived on time and left the area tidy. Cost ? $94.00 for everything. Will never use anyone else. This is the "A" team."

"The services were clearly explained,calls and questions were answered promptly. The water heater is located inside the house. Dean Pruitt serviced it and he was mindful to work without soiling the carpet. My overall experience with this company has been exceptional"

"I don't normally like to give 5 star reviews, not because they're not possible, but because I feel like most people just spam the 5 star button and don't give reasonable explanations to fit the rating. In this case though it really was 5 star service. Nathaniel was our HVAC Technician and he did an excellent job explaining everything he was working through and looking at when diagnosing our central AC system and inspecting and cleaning the indoor and outdoor units. The appointment ended with my wife and I both very much more knowledgeable than we started out at, about both AC systems and the various parts and processes in general, and our own system's status (A lot of that information was not made very clear to us when we purchased the house a year ago). I now feel I have a good idea of how well our current system is performing and am better prepared to make the right decisions going forward about what parts may need replaced, when, for how much, etc. Not only was he very informative, but he obviously did good work on our system as it's running much more efficiently now that he's tuned it up and replaced a couple items that were in need of replacement. Overall, very helpful and very happy with the service Nathaniel provided. Will be using One Hour again come winter time for furnace checks."
