The work was done in record time (about two weeks from start to finish). When I found problems with the work or requested modifications, Metro Builders made all necessary corrections promptly and professionally. I found the company to be honest, wholely trustworthy, professional, and their work reasonably priced. I would thoroughly recommend them with the following caveat: that you have architectural plans or a clear idea (with drawings/diagrams and specifications) of what you want. These are builders, not a full-fledged design and build company. I ended up with the super gorgeous bathroom of my dreams but it took some legwork and research on my part into the various fixtures, tile, and countertops I desired. The more specific I was regarding my wishes, the better they were met. Kudos to Ted and Steve from a very satisfied customer!

TWI Construction is a top drawer outfit. They offered help in designing the area and then executed efficiently. I found them to be very trustworthy people. As with all construction there are the unforeseen items, small mistakes, etc., when we came upon any of these circumstances is was dealt with professionally and reasonable. I would highly recommend TWI Construction to anyone looking for a 1st job from a 1st rate company. Thanks

Simply put, TWI Construction was a fantastic selection for our basement project (full bath, office area, large open room for recreation). We were very happy with the outcome, and enthusiastically recommend them for any project. The quality of work was top notch and each of the employees had a good attitude and was very friendly to work with. Steve and Ted were very accommodating on every request we made. In one instance, there was some confusion about what was meant by a standard bathroom vanity. They had a vanity with knobs installed and we wanted one without. Also, we had assumed a white bathroom countertop was standard and they were preparing to install an offwhite version. We mentioned our concerns and they had the entire situation rectified the very next day, to our complete satisfaction. On several occasions, they would go a week without any activity, but despite these delays, they were finished in an astonishing 6 weeks, 2 weeks less than the contracted estimate. When they called for the final inspection, the building inspector didnt believe it could be complete already. When he came by to conduct the evaluation, he mentioned that this was a beautiful job. To top it off, of the four contractors that bid on our basement, TWI was the least expensive by some margin. Finally, my wife is a CO for a large organization and plans to use TWI for more construction projects in the future.

I appreciate the professionalism that was exhibited by the company and its workers. They were very thorough in their explanations. Furthermore, I was impressed that they followed up six months later with a call and visit.
