I'm a widow and just bought my first home as a single woman. There were so many little jobs that I couldn't manage on my own from replacing the garbage disposal, to putting together new furniture, to installing dimmer switches on my lighting fixtures, and hanging my chandelier. Francisco was so kind and supportive, he made the move easy for me. He even drove down to Tukwila to pick up my UHaul Storage contents and carried them back up to my place. He always stayed in close communication with me, letting me know if he was running late, or needed to look elsewhere to find a part. He went above and beyond to make sure things were done on my timetable. I couldn't recommend him more highly: Dependable, courteous, trustworthy and thorough! He was top notch at completing every job I threw his way. He's my forever handyman!!

Francisco and his Dad came to my aid when no other Handyman was willing to do the work I needed done. They were prompt and communicated well. They did a great job and I will look to use them in the future for my home projects/services needed.

Francisco went about and beyond to service our home. He travelled all the way north to Bellingham to pick up the proper siding and sought ought the correct paint from an alternative supplier to Home Depot. He communicated quickly and easily and was able to schedule a service within a couple of days. The siding looks fantastic.

I hired Elite Restorations to remove moss buildup and lichen stains from my concrete tile roof. Francisco came out and did an incredible job. Great communication and care. I really feel like he went above and beyond, especially given the scope of project seemed to expand as he went. That particular job is a messy one, and I really appreciated the extra effort to not only clean the roof, but also leave the perimeter of the house picked up and in a reasonable state before the job was considered "done". I would definitely hire this company again, and would recommend them-especially Francisco in particular-to others.
