Never received the correct itemized invoice, never received an old part, he told me he left the breakers on the window sill. I got a different contractor and he confirmed the job was not done correctly, he also told me he was a Corporation and he is not.

We are sorry for any confusion you may have experienced in the process of us restoring power to your home on the same night you called. I myself arrived on time to find incompatible Square D Home line breakers jammed in the General Electric main panel bus controlling home power circuits. The panel cover was pushed out so far it was bent out on the sides exposing the electrical internals. Power was out in your home. I spotted the issue right away and stated the breakers were incorrect and were not making proper contact and that with your approval on the estimate I would purchase the correct ones and restore power that night. I also gave you the old breakers back and left them on the window sill as you requested. You called CSLB and were denied arbitration due to the facts. My company was in transition to S-Corp and now is complete. The invoice was correct and plain I revised it per your request to show part numbers from Home Depot and was agreed. The price was obviously the issue. We sent a partial refund due to the complaint. The poor feedback is not accurate and we helped restore power after someone non-electrician obviously tried replacing the burnt breakers to save money and installed the wrong parts. I was sharing my company information while working moving forward being friendly as you loomed over my shoulder with a flashlight. You embellished my conversation for leverage for a refund. You were threatening me and aggressive over the phone I tried communicating the facts but it was obvious those did not matter only a refund for my honest work. We appreciate the opportunity.
