Our roof began leaking and we needed someone to come tarp the roof fast and give us a quote for a new roof. The one good thing about this company is they respond fast and tarped our roof that day. The bad part was they left all the trash for us to dispose of. The worst part was the quote to replace the roof. It was thousands of dollars more than the other quotes we received and did not account for replacing the old plywood underneath our shingles. Communication was poor. I do not recommend

Patrick, I am deeply saddened by your review as I was very happy to be able to stop the leaking into your home immediately. It was a very cold and rainy day when I tarped your entire roof and was certain that I did not leave anything behind and wish you would have let me know if I mistakenly left any trash behind and would of rushed back to clean it up. I pride myself in leaving a clean jobsite so this is very unfortunate to hear months after the fact. I also did include the decking in your quote and I am sorry it was not a line item but it was an obvious step with the leaking you had. As for the price we are very established and have done many roofs like yours and I quoted in line with todays market prices for a very good roof that would be backed with a strong warranty so you would not have to ever worry about the roof again. I wish you the best and hope you do get a roof with a good warranty.

Definitely recommend this company. Palmer and Mel are efficient and professional. They came out and did an inspection and sent out an estimate the next day. Palmer came out to do the work the next week and it looks great.

Came out and inspected the attic and roof to locate the source of a leak we thought had developed. The flashing around the chimney had lifted, and some of the nails were lifted as well. He fixed the flashing, and recaulked all of the exposed nails, and along the flashing as well as the other nails on the vents.

I had a great experience with Aarta at River City Roofing. He was prompt during a large ice storm in the area, and even with a ton of people having roof issues, he took the time to prioritize me and made it over the same day I called. Really appreciated the quality of work and attention to detail.

We purchased our first home and needed a new roof. River City made it so easy. Aarta kept us in the loop and informed us with the issues that came up. Not only did they put a beautiful roof on but the yard was kept clean during the two day installation. They are professional and will take the time to explain any problems that arise. We can’t recommend them enough!!
