William replaced a part on my water softener in a few minutes. He changed my water filter and then he trouble-shooted an electrical issue I was having. He told me what kind of switch to buy and how to install a it. He was friendly, courteous and professional. He came out the morning after I called him and arrived on time. I would highly recommend him! It was a pleasure doing business with him!

He was very eager and actually started to work fixing the leak in my shower. The problem however is that he did not completely fix it and I had to call him back a few minutes later because it was still leaking. The second round he stopped the leak completely and did not charge me any extra.
