Joe (also the owner) went above and beyond helping us move our water heater. Explained every detail to us so we knew what was the best fit for our needs. Zero pressure to do unnecessary work and no surprises the day of the job. Quick response to any questions and always kept us in the loop. He has years of experience in plumbing and is a third generation plumber. Cannot recommend Wolf Pack enough and already referred him to a friend.

Joe was great to work with. He replaced a 32 year-old water shut-off valve under our kitchen sink that no longer worked and installed a new Moen faucet. He also added a shut off valve on â our sideâ of the water meter (at the street) so it is now easy to turn off the water to the house. He arrived on time, completed the job efficiently and cleanly, and charged me a fair price for the work involved. I would not hesitate in calling him again for any future plumbing needs.

Best plumbing service in the Salem area. Always great pricing, knowledgeable, fast and on time. Love that they let you know by text when they are on their way to my jobs. Easy to approve work and receive invoice thru emails. Also includes lots of pictures with estimate and finished job with invoice. Give them a call for your next plumbing job. Finally a honest plumber I can trust.
