Horrible Experience. If I could give a Negative Star rating I would. He overcharged us, kept delaying repairs for weeks with every excuse in the book... hospital stays, flat tires, vehicle in the shop etc. Then he overcharged us for a line he damaged after we lost 30% of a full propane tank due to his error. Next up; he verbally gave my husband a dollar amount for the repairs which he wrote a check for and handed him. He looked at the check then left. A month later sent us a bill for $42.00 saying it was a dyslexic moment; for the check amount being off... continued to charge us late fees of a total of $161.00 on a $42.00 mistake that was HIS MISTAKE. After arguing over the late fees of the amount he verbally quoted and took a check for. He had the audacity to tell us he could have charged us after hours rates; when this guy missed four scheduled appointments with us. We were and maybe still are thinking about taking this guy to court for the total hassle he has caused. We felt overcharged and resentful. On top of it this guy text us for weeks out of the blue, months later, randomly and late at night being a smart A**. It was the most bizarre business dealing we have ever had. Something is just not right. AVOID We have kept all of the text and emails to prove our experience for possible legal proceedings.
