Overall, great experience! Responded in a very timely manner, explained everything to me and repaired our equipment in no time. Customer service was also great. 10/10 experience. My go-to company from now on if anything else happens with my sprinkler system.

Spoke with them and was VERY DISAPPOINTED when given an arrival window of 12-2pm, and was told to reschedule my appointment because he called 45 minutes before the window of time he provided (while I was at a doctors appointment), and said he decided to leave the area. As a new client I also agreed to his minimum fee, although he mentioned the job might cost less than his minimum rate. He's unprofessional, inconsiderate, and disrespectful when it comes to anyone's precious time except his own.
