Long story short we found water in our dining room. There were no pipes in that area and the basement showed no signs of leaking. My assumption was water leaking in through the roof down walls into dining room. They showed up quickly on a Saturday. Very Very courteous, and helpful. They did a detailed inspection and It turned out it was not a roofing issue. Very thankful for their help so quickly on a Saturday.

Ryan and Clearview we're great. They gave me knowledgeable advice on my roof and worked with my insurance company. Ryan was personable, knowledgeable and patient during the entire process. With the heavy winds and blizzard forecasted just before Christmas, he had 2 crews come out and they got my barn roof and gutter repairs done in 1 day just before the blizzard. I have nothing but positive feedback from my experience with them.

I had a leak on an old flat roof last winter/early spring. I contacted several places that were recommended on our FB neighborhood page. Clearview Roofing was the 4th business I called that day & I spoke with Julia. After just a few minutes on the phone with Julia, I knew I found the perfect company to work with. Luckily, I got an appointment at the end of the day for Ryan to come out to take a look. Ryan was also great- explained things well, gave several options of how to deal with the leak. He did confirm what I already (sadly) knew, the roof was super old and needed replaced. He did do a temporary patch since it was still winter. The patch worked well enough to get to warmer weather. I ended up having the shingle roof replaced and also a new flat roof put this last summer (summer 2022). Julia & Ryan were so easy to work with! Great communication by email and text. Julia helped pick out the perfect shingle color. Ryan was there multiple times a day checking on the progress once the work started. The windows and landscaping were covered and protected. The crew there was very nice and kept me updated as needed. I felt Julia & Ryan were very personable, trustworthy, and not just rushing through a job to get the money. I also felt like things were done right, and the few little cosmetic things I wanted changed were done right away. They really take pride in their work. I did get several other bids before I had the roof replaced, Clearview Roofing’s bid was very competitive and actually a much better value!! Their bid to tear off all the shingles & cover the roof with wood sheets to meet code was similar to companies that just wanted to put a second layer of shingles on. I don’t know all the correct terminology of what was done, but I do know my attic is dry and my house looks great! Thanks Julia & Ryan
