Santi Plumbing. Mr. Jose is a good plumber. I have had a good experience with Mr. Duran so I now rely on him for all my plumbing service. He is a true professional. He is honest, efficient, shows up on time, defines the problem and proposes a solution and doesn't overcharge. During a job, he kept me inform through out the process - takes a picture before and after the work. He explains everything for a project. There is no surprises. He also cleans up the work area after the job, and more importantly, he follows up to make sure that everyone satisfied the work. No projects is too small or big for him to handle. He approaches every project with the utmost attention. He recently worked on a sewerline leak of my apartment. It was challenging for him since he had to crawl in and work on a very small place and it was during a record of hot summer day in Los Angeles. He kept a very positive attitude all along. Santi plumbing was very responsive to my initial call. He troubleshoot the bathtub drain clogging issue and identified the problem. I gave him the green light to proceed with the project. he completed the work within 2 days. He replaced the overflow and bathtub valve and pipes. He kept me informed throughout the work including sending pictures of everything. While there at the property, he also identified other issues that need attention by other professionals. I would hire him again.

The Santi serviceman was very professional and fixed the problem right away. There was no project creep, what he stated was the issue and what would fix it was the work that was done and no surprises. Which was very much appreciated.
