Take my advice and stay away from this company. I definitely got bamboozled by this guy. He convinced me to do repairs on the roof in addition to the gutters, which was the reason for the call. Well not only was the scope of work not done (ex 15 ft of gutter guards instead of 60), one of the gutters is still leakingâ ¦again, the main reason for hiring.

I was initially happy wit the work but he hasn't stood by it at all. He charged me additional money to get what was supposed to be a stainless steel chimney guard. It has since rusted and stained the front of the chimney. I have also had issues with the gutter guards because the gutters have filled with pine needles. It has been months that I have tried to get in Tony out. He will occasionally text me but does not come back when he says has going to.

Tony is quite knowledgeable and passionate about solving your roof/gutter problems. He arrived like a roof/gutter “doctor,” studying the layout and observing problems w/ my gutter. He is pretty good in explaining what the condition and possible solutions are. I like the back-and-forth discussions w/ Tony. He is unlike other contractors who give little information. My roof is almost 4 stories tall, so most contractors think you can’t get up there to possibly see what’s going on. Tony and Alex take the time to look at the situation and gave suggestions. Tony has been busy but was responsive for callbacks when a few areas he worked on still leaked after the recent snow storm. It happens until a good rain or melting ice to see if all the cracks are sealed… He and Alex came back to fix. Most contractors would have taken your money and left. I would recommend hiring Tony again.

Tony and Alex came -10 below zero and installed a new down spout and noticed several leaks on the roof as well fixed all of in a timely manner. Showed them some other work like the back hallway and other areas of our home.
