I recently had a vinyl privacy fence installed by the lovely people over at rocksteady fence. I have to say my entire experience and business transaction with them from start to finish has been spectacular. From the first moment, I called to even set up an appointment to have them come look at my property and get me an estimate. I have felt like a valued customer from day one before I even signed a contract. I spoke with Brittney and let her know what I was looking for. She was able to give me recommendations that were both cost-effective and would hold up in the long run while maintaining its appearance. Shane Brittney and his crew were wonderful to work with. We wish we would have had this done a long time ago! Our fence is beautiful and delivered just as we asked. We made some special requests for the height of our pickets and posts, among other details; and Shane went above and beyond, helping us find what could work for us during the planning process. Our quote was received quickly and extremely competitive compared to our other quotes. Communication was prompt and Shane was very personable to work with. The crew even came a couple days earlier than planned. Even though there were some weather hinderances both days, they did not waste any time. The crew finished out the first day through the evening rain. Then they were here again the next morning waiting for an open window in the storm to get started again. The crew was focused, skilled, and very kind to work with; answering any questions we had during the process as well. The fence crew leader has around 20 years of experience behind him and led his crew with ease. We are extremely glad we chose RockSteady to build our fence and are grateful we got to work with Shane and crew!

The fence installation team was exceptional! The quality of the fence was top notch, and they finished the project ahead of schedule. The fence looks fantastic and has already added value to our property. Highly recommend!
