Mr. Gulley was very involved in the entire project. We had many delays due to rainy weather and resource availability; but we were kept informed throughout about any issues and crews worked weekends when needed to keep things moving forward. I would recommend RG Builders, Inc. for any home building or remodeling project.

The option was not available on this site for me to select House Build, but Roger worked with us above and beyond to build our "dream house". We chose him over several others because of his genuine concern. We had never built a home and he was very patient and shared his expertise to guide us in all the different direction we needed. The workmanship is superior. Honesty is huge. I would highly recommend RG Builders for any size project - large or small. We now have a beautiful 1-1/2 story, wrap around porch with a detached garage that we are exceptionally proud of.

I had a small project that only required the use of a tall ladder to change the bulbs in a flood light fixture that is two stories high. It took two weeks for the job to finally get finished. I was told I could be done by the end of the week. The week went by, never head from anyone. I called again and set up a specific day. When I didn't hear anything, I called and was told the person who was to handle the job forgot the ladder. I had to wait yet another day. I felt like they couldn't be bothered with such a small job that only took 10 minutes. Customer service was not a priority.

a bolt broke on the recliner causing it to sag on one side. RG Builders was quick to come & diagnose the problem & because he did not have the bolt with him, came back when it was convenient for me with the correct bolt. Price was reasonable.

I highly recommend RG. My project was challenging and therefore scary. Roger provided detailed time and cost estimates that never significantly changed. His workers are well-chosen and well-supervised; they are efficient and polite and made every effort to be as unobtrusive as possible. Roger himself is very hands-on. He visited the worksite (our house) every single day for the 3+ months of the project, making sure that every detail was executed properly. And he is very personable. We looked forward to his daily visits, not just because of the oversight he provided, but because we genuinely enjoyed his company. A++

Roger did an outstanding job, was personable, knowledgeable, professional and went above and beyond to fix my door. It has never worked better and he even came on Saturday to get it done. I have already lined him up for the next job. His cost was exactly in line with the most reasonable quotes I had previously gotten.

The owner was easy to contact and responded quickly. His sub-contractors almost always came when they said they would. The work done was excellent and addressed all issues. I would recommend this firm to all. The price was as set in the contract.
