Reviews
Write a ReviewThey have no customer service, they were rude and don't keep their promises, they said if we had any problem contacting them they have not come back nor do they answer our calls.
Ms. Garner, Thank you for your feedback. I have not seen any calls from you. Is there a warranty issue or something we can do for you? I will have our head of production reach out to you tomorrow morning. If you need anything in the future, please do not hesitate to call our main line: 757-477-5425.
Your in very caring hands
Communication was excellent with Red Ladder. From the office support staff, the project manager Sami, and the installers Vinny and Lou, all were excellent with communication. I truly appreciate the timeliness of the installers, the attention to detail, and precision with the design with this remodel. We would absolutely recommend Red Ladder! I appreciate this company*s commitment to excellence!
Thank you so much, Tracy! It was a pleasure working with you!
They were all female and they were just really good to work with. They understood what I needed and what problems come with the project. They were easy to work with and they were fabulous.
On the 12th of July 2022, I signed an agreement with Red Ladder Modeling to replace my old laminate kitchen floor with a new tiled floor. As per the agreement the old laminate floor was to be removed, the baseboard primed, and the new flooring placed. The contractor began the job on August 26th, 2022. To my surprise, the contractor failed to remove the original laminate floor and placed the new flooring directly on top of the old laminate flooring. It took the worker until Wednesday, August 31st to complete the job. He worked over the entire weekend often until 11pm at night. Almost immediately I knew that something was not right. The entire new kitchen floor was a sticky mess with dark glue appearing between the tiles with the glue being walked throughout the house Indeed, it become obvious that the glue had not dried and was seeping between the tiles. I endeavored to clean the new tiles to remove the glue hoping that the glue would dry, and the issue would be resolved; this of course did not happen (the glue was applied between two non-porous surfaces). I contacted the manager at Red Ladder Modelling explaining the situation and was told this should not be happening. This has never happened before. And further, she said I spoke with the Class A in my office, and he is worried about the glue that was used. We will have to lift up that floor and relay it. You are correct, this was not meant to happen. On September 13 the Owner/Class A came to the house to inspect the flooring; he lifted a few tiles observing that the glue had not dried at all. He agreed that the floor was a total disaster and that a major error had been made; he told me that the new floor and the laminate needed to be removed and a new floor replaced. After much delay the entire floor was ripped up, new baseboards placed, and new tiles placed. This entire episode was an unmitigated disaster; Red Ladder Modeling was slow to respond to my concerns, and they were completely unsympathetic and unremorseful regarding the problems that they had created and the enormous inconvenience that I was subject to.
Thank you for your feedback, sir. I am very sorry for the trouble you experienced. We sent our original crew, and when their job was not acceptable, we came out and addressed the issue. We paid for all of the new products to redo the project, as your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us! If you are still dissatisfied, please reach out, as your job is covered by our 5yr labor warranty! Please allow us the opportunity to make this right for you.
I signed the agreement on 06/11/222 and was told work would start in August. They kept telling me they did not want anyone to do the job but their best. August comes and goes, no work is done. Keep telling me they do not want anyone to do the job, but there is nothing they can do about it. They tell me work will begin in September, and the bestthey can do is finish up on a job. September comes and goes with no work done. I call them, and they tell me the best will not be ready for me for another four weeks, so they send a guy named Jesus around early October, and the job was finally done after having the tiler correct mistakes that were made in tiling. took out a loan with mom and gave them a down payment after signing an agreement. By the time the job was finally completed after four months, when it was time to pay the balance, the purchase window closed on the loan. More problems also arose when we had to call the guys who did the work to get the trash they left in my yard for the past two weeks. I read good reviews about this company, however this has not been my experience maybe they have costumer preference for best service. I wanted to get my kitchen remolded. It will not be red ladder I would not refer that company to anyone . From one to ten I would rate them as four . The ladies were polite and did communicate well . The tiling could have been more proficient.
They were very professional and showed up when scheduled. The work was finished on time and everything looked great!
Thank you so much, it was great working with you! We hope your daughter enjoys her brand new bathroom!
