DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. They "Javier" the owner said he would take the job after a car hit our home on Christmas night 2024. Then he just totally ignored us. I must of left over 20 messages and nothing, then one day after 3 months I called using my wife's phone and he answered and apologized saying he accidentally blocked my number and he would get right on it. We'll weeks and nothing again, he doesn't and phone goes straight to vm like before. Even from wife's phone he must of blocked both our numbers this time. Called the insurance company they said that the claim closed and they haven't heard from pyramid home services (javier) since January. If he didn't want the job he shouldn't of said yes. A man is only as good as his word.

They are easy to work with and complete the work as promised. They are hard workers, pleasant & show up on time. Their do a good job. Javier had good suggestions on the repairs after Helene. Don't know what I would have done without him.

Javier and his team did an amazing job on my remodel of several rooms. Javier was creative in designing solutions, and proactively offered valuable perspectives based on years of experience. He and his team consistently worked hard to deliver quickly and were completely reliable. Javier was flexible to accommodate adjustments to the plan along the way. Several visitors have complimented the quality of work done and I could not be happier with the results. Javier was invested in delivering an outstanding result - not just trying to check the box and move to the next project - and it really showed in the outcome.

Javier and his team are fantastic! My neighbors even commented on how impressed they were with the way the trades were so quiet and clean. From start to finish this crew aim to please and were very particular about doing every job correctly. We hade a 500 sq ft addition including new kitchen, main bedroom, main bath and remolding old bath. No detail was too small. I highly recommend Pyramid, great guys, great work!

Phenomenal experience working with Pyramid! They made everything easy to understand and were sure that I got exactly what I asked for!! They went above and beyond. Very clean and would recommend to anyone!
