2/3/2021 - Glad to have found Pro Sky Wow, what a great experience I just had with Pro Sky! Our heat pump went out during an impending snowstorm. Two companies on Thumbtack were quick to respond. Pro Sky got the nod because they could dispatch a technician immediately. It mattered when our house was getting so cold so fast. It also helped that Frank explained clearly his companyâ s approach in his initial response. As soon as I confirmed the appointment with Frank, I received a text giving an ETA for technician William to come by. Oh, another thing I like about Pro Sky is they use the Housecall Pro platform to send me appointment info, estimates, and receipts. All were super clear, and the platform was so convenient. Back to William, he arrived promptly wearing a mask and minding his distance. He listened patiently to the long history of issues weâ ve had with our Carrier Infinity thermostat before setting out to run the diagnostic tests on our heat pump. The tests confirmed the system was in good shape, the problem was with the thermostat. William took the time to explain our options for a thermostat replacement and addressed all of our questions and concerns without trying to sell us any particular product (or service for that matter). That is how you earn trust and respect from your potential (and repeated) customers. We would like to rewire our full system to use a third-party thermostat, and we will request William for the job. Thanks Pro Sky! 8/18/2021 - A happy customer is a repeat customer Last week was my fourth service call to Pro Sky: (1) system rewired & thermostat replacement, (2) water heater replacement, (3) HVAC Spring services, and (4) A/C start capacitor replacement. Our A/C stopped blowing cold air on a near-100-degree day last week. Who you gonna call? Of course, I called Pro Sky. Frank reassured me he would always have availability for a loyal customer. A different technician this time, the process was the same. I received a text with a link to Housecallproâ s job description, arrival window, and estimate ($45 for a diagnosis visit). Santo arrived on time, made a quick diagnose (bad capacitor), provided a reasonable price quote for a replacement which we agreed to. He replaced the dual capacitor, did a health check of our A/C system and was done in about 30 minutes. Super efficient! The service fee was waived in our final bill. Our A/C has been running fine ever since. Thanks again, Pro Sky!

    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.
  8. Liens Search
    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
