Write a ReviewMy pool motor went out unexpectedly this last weekend, I called Jason in a panic knowing the green pool was coming if this wasn't addressed soon. Jason let me know they are very busy it being the middle of the season (understand completely) but he would get someone out by Friday. To my surprise the technician showed up Tuesday. Savion came and installed the new motor and wouldn't leave until it was right even with all the problems my older pool system presents. Love this company, the prices are very reasonable and the technicians very knowledgeable and pleasant. This is my second time using this service for large pool repairs. Jason the owner hires really great dependable guys as I have never been disappointed. Thank you again Jason and Savion for being my heros.
This company met and exceeded expectations.
We started our service with Phoenix Pool Pro in March. Things didn't start out on a good foot because the tech didn't show up on the day they were scheduled but we wrote this off as bad luck since they told us an emergency popped up and they sent someone out the next day. Our pool was blue but needed to be vacuumed and prepared for swimming after the winter. The technician told us we needed to buy a vacuum and said the owner would let us know what model we should purchase. We never heard about the vacuum again. Over the period of the next few months the pool gradually got more cloudy and eventually turned pea green. The owner told us we needed an algae treatment and said they would call the following Monday to discuss options. We never got a call about the algae treatment and the technician never came back. The owner is no longer returning our calls or text messages. We are now looking for another company and our pool is disgusting.
Looked on Angi, texted, they responded immediately. Kept well informed of replacement progress.
Jason and Jerry came out to inspect my swimming pool issues the same day that I contacted them to set up ongoing pool maintenance. Very responsive to my pool system's needs. Ongoing pool maintenance will start this week. So far so good!
What a joke. above ground swim spa... told thru weekly reports the spa was in great shape pump was down for weeks/months did not clean filters, change water, clean it at all just added chemicals to when it was so caustic it could be swam in avoid this service like the plague!! absolutely total let down..
They answer the phone. Billing is simple. Friendly on the phone. Service hasn't started yet. We will see how they do compared to the last guy that 5 minutes a week was enough to take care of the pool
My Pool has Never Looked Better
Charged me $95 to come and look at a piece coming from the pump to the filter that just needed to be glued. The previous person did not do this. I also asked them to put the top of the timer on my vs pool pump because someone took it of and it was going to get wet and ruined. They said it could cost me a lot more that they would look at it first but for $$125 they would replace all plumbing and parts that needed replacing at their cost. I had just spent over $200 for them and for $50 they would fix the pump top covering the wires. The house had sold and I told them it was imperative to get the water circulating because I was out of state and could not afford to end up with a green pool. He glued the existing piece on but then said that the screws to my control panel were stripped but that he would come back the following day and take care of it. Three days later I learn that he did not come back. My pool was in full bloom green. He did oot even set the pump up to start and programit to work. He couldn't have. Instead they purposely tried to destroy my pool motor by cutting a wire and letting it melt a piece next to it. Then tried to tell me he could fix the motor for only $975. It was a brand new pump. He was childish. Would not honor the fact that his own employee told me he was fixing it the next day and did not and did not even bother to tell me. It cost me over $2k. Do not use these guys who pretend to want to help you.
Great
