Jeremy needs to work on his customer relationship and know if he is going to measure something to learn how to do it.

Dealing with Jeremy has been a painful experience. He was very quick to collect his deposit to book but slow to give us a time work would start. When work did start, the people simply showed up without any notice. Jeremy was there to get the money needed to start the job but communication has been almost non existent and full of excuses. The quality of the work was so poor we called him to take a look. He agreed and he assured us it would be fixed. People come for a couple of hours. Do not fix any issues and I mean it is really really terrible (really terrible) quality. Called again and he ensured us he would make it right. Today (several weeks later) someone showed up to do one of the many outstanding repairs I suppose, without any notice they were coming. I have not looked at the quality of what they did repair but they have left everything else looking terrible. Going on two months into a job that would take max 2-3 days including paint and my front porch still looks like crap. I will not use them again, for anything.

I've suggested NW Builders & Renovation to many people and worked with them multiple times. Everything about them has always been fantastic, from the initial call to the quote. Crew arrived on time, did great work, and did a great job cleaning up. Moshe was our project manager. He was honest, friendly and knowledgeable. No hidden charges. Our roof was harmed by wind and hail during a storm. We contacted NW Builders to repair our roof in an emergency situation. From beginning to end, they showed they really cared to make sure my home was protected before the next rain storm. Moshe responded quickly to all of our questions and got the job done within a week.I highly recommend Moshe and his crew to everyone in a similar situation.

My interactions with the NW Builders staff were excellent! James was able to come out and conduct an inspection shortly after filing a request for consultation. The same day, we received a quote with alternatives and had all of our questions answered. After deciding on a course of action, the crew lead by Moshe arrived and completed the task with speed and efficiency. Shortly , their prices were fair and their service was excellent. James answered very away when I contacted him for a quotation on my roof the same day. He then came out to assess the roof and offered me a quote there and then. On the day James and I had planned, his staff showed up to finish the installation. Within six hours, the whole roof had been totally removed and replaced. Throughout the day, I saw images of the work in progress. My roof had been changed, and my yard was left just as I had left it when I returned from work.

Yaniv and I collaborated. It was a breeze to deal with him on everything from paperwork through roof installation. He is a personable employee who kept us informed at every stage of the procedure. He is prompt, dependable, and highly professional. His squad performed brilliantly. Our roof installation took them two days to complete. Ofek is also a pleasure to deal with. For future projects, we will unquestionably employ their services again.

I am thrilled with my roof and am now able to fix all of my issues owing to the fact that NW Builders restored and replaced all of the wood and made sure everything was flawless. Using NW Builders was a fantastic experience for us! Moshe and his staff were knowledgeable, accommodating, and patient with us until we thoroughly grasped the task. The only issue that needed to be addressed at the time James from the North West evaluated my roof was a few shingles on my deck. He guided me toward my available possibilities.
