Thalya and her team are absolutely amazing?flexible, detail-oriented, and always go above and beyond with special touches that make a big difference. Thalya and her team are the best and I am constantly recommending them to all my friends who are looking for either regular, recurring or one-time move in/move out cleaning! Thalya runs a very well-organized business; in particular, I appreciate the text messages that I receive to confirm each biweekly cleaning for my home and the specific time window that's provided in each one helps me to organize my life on a cleaning day. With other companies in the past, I experienced frequent cancellations or rescheduling but not with New England Essential Cleaning! Thalya's consistent communication and her punctuality make things so easy! When it comes to work product, Thalya is again far above any competitors: her team somehow achieves the impossible: an efficient but also incredibly detail oriented approach to cleaning! I love coming home from work after one of our cleaning days because everything is in order and the floors are shining and the appliances are gleaming! I highly recommend New England Essential Cleaning!
